Pali Highway reopens after tree removed from Kailua-bound lanes
Honolulu police have reopened the Kailua-bound lanes of Pali Highway after a fallen tree blocked the roadway this morning.
Traffic was being turned around at Waokanana St.
The roadway reopened around 12:45 p.m. after being closed for approximately 75 minutes.
