Surfers head to the ocean at Kewalo Basin Harbor on Saturday. Honolulu Mayor Kirk Caldwell said Oahu beaches and parks were closed starting Saturday. Users can traverse the park to enter the ocean.
The Honolulu Police Department was out on Saturday enforcing Caldwell's latest order.
