Man, 60, attacked and robbed while riding moped in Waikiki
Honolulu police are investigating a robbery of a 60-year-old man in Waikiki.
Police said the resident was riding his moped shortly after midnight Wednesday when, at some point, an unknown male suspect struck him with a blunt object, causing minor injuries.
Police did not disclose the exact location of where the robbery took place.
The victim dropped unspecified property on the ground at the time of the assault. Police said the suspect picked it up and fled.
There are no arrests at this time.
