A change-of-command ceremony for U.S Indo-Pacific Command was held at Pearl Harbor at the Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam today. Adm. Philip S. Davidson relinquished command to Adm. John C. Aquilino with U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark A. Milley in attendance.
