Central Pacific Bank has announced the following promotions to senior leadership positions:

>> Lori Bettencourt has been appointed to senior vice president and director of the Customer Service Center. Bettencourt previously served as vice president and director of the Customer Service Center. She has over 20 years of customer service experience in the hospitality and financial industries.

>> Sheri Braunthal has been named senior vice president, director, HR Service Center. She has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of HR, community service and employee benefits. She was previously vice president and director of the HR Service Center.

>> Thuy Nguyen-Martines has been promoted to senior vice president, senior private banking manager. Nguyen- Martines has over 25 years of experience in the financial serv­ice industry. She is a past president of Soroptimist International of Honolulu and served on the boards of Hawaii Opera Theatre and March of Dimes.
