Aloha Stadium became a classroom for close to 9,000 Oahu sixth grade students attending Hawaii’s first statewide student transition convention, “Moving On Up,” aimed at easing them through the switch from elementary to intermediate school. Frank De Lima was one of the teachers during the daylong event, which in addition to comedy included exhibits, music and group activities.
