Gov. David Ige ready to welcome fully vaccinated domestic travelers back to Hawaii Nov. 1

    Gov. David Ige announced Tuesday that Hawaii resume non-essential travel beginning next month. He made the announcement at the opening of the new international terminal at the Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport at Keahole.
