Oahu home, condo sales in July dropped by nearly a quarter

The Estate of James Campbell, once one of Hawaii's largest and most influential landowners, closes its doors for good this month. As the master planner of Kapolei, one of its biggest legacies is the the huge breadth of the land. Initially, Campbell's lands stretched from all of Ewa/Ewa Beach to Ko Olina, including Campbell Industrial Park, Hoopili (aka Aloun Farms), Makakilo and Kunia.
