Kamehameha Highway was shut down from Ohai and Avocado streets to Wilikina Drive due to a motor vehicle collision this afternoon.
A motorcyclist in his 30s was treated by Emergency Medical Services personnel and taken in critical condition to a trauma hospital at about 2:30 p.m., according to EMS.
The road was reopened about 6 p.m.
