How does someone with nine previous charges, including domestic violence, remain in the service (“Army reservist charged in fatal stabbing of girlfriend,” Star-Advertiser, March 16)?
Although this reservist has yet to be found guilty, a track record of misdeeds has been established that warrants at least an administrative discharge.
