Letter: No one wants an encore of bank’s on-hold music

I have been banking with Bank of Hawaii for more than 50 years. I am proud to be one of its customers. I have only one complaint. In this age of everchanging technology, why can’t it change the darn music it plays when one is waiting to talk to customer service? The same melancholy, boring, repetitive music has been sounding in my ear for as long as I can remember. Update your music, and become an even better place to bank.
