Participants rally honoring legacy of queer and trans activists at state Capitol
“Act up! Speak out! Silence = Death!” — a rally honoring the legacy of queer and trans activists — was held Sunday at the state Capitol. Participants took a stand against the constant wave of antimahu, transgender, QTPI+, gender nonconforming and intersex legislation and rhetoric coming from the federal government.
