    An Air Canada flight was forced to divert to Honolulu this morning after the plane experienced "sudden turbulence," airline officials said.

    “Anybody who didn’t have their seat belts on flew out of their seats,” said Australian resident Vanessa Say, who hit her head on the bottom of the luggage compartment above her seat when her Air Canada flight encountered severe turbulence.
