One photo submission per household. Prizes are non-transferable. No prize substitutions will be made. Winners responsible for all taxes applicable to the value of the prize(s) received. Judges will select their favorites for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes, and their decision is final. No phone calls, please.
