Residents fight plans to put up low-income site

A plan to build an additional tower for low-income seniors at Ainahau Vista has sparked opposition from nearby residents. Close to 350 people signed a petition against the development, which would be built over a park that was the site of the Ainahau family home of Princess Kaiulani. Suzan Danforth and Josephine Keanu stand next to a placard dedicated to Princess Kaiulani holding the signed petition they circulated.
