Steel guitar master Alan Akaka, left, talked Saturday with three generations of the musical Keawe ohana — Eric Keawe, Eric’s daughter Pomaika‘i Keawe Lyman and Lyman’s children, Malie and Iosepe — at the Seventh Annual Waikiki Steel Guitar Festival at the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center.
