TRAVEL is a great opportunity to bust out cold-weather garb that rarely gets used and put layering skills to work. Wendy Do of W Salon was in New York in January and put together an H&M turtleneck, BCBG leather jacket, Max & Co. cashmere knit scarf and “very old” Caché leather pants, with a Balenciaga city purse.
