Gov. David Ige announced Monday which bills he intends to veto, including a bill renaming first-degree promotion of prostitution as sex trafficking, and one that would broaden the University of Hawaii’s authority over its financial management system. He did not indicate that he would veto the rail tax extension or a bill establishing medical marijuana dispensaries.
