Support Japan relief efforts and enjoy the cuisine at Prince Resorts Hawaii at "Lokomaika‘i for Japan," a fundraiser May 27 at the Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki .
Cocktails will start flowing at 5:30 p.m., with food and entertainment at 6 p.m. Featured chefs are George Gomes Jr., executive chef of Mauna Kea Resort; Khamtan Tanhchaleun, executive chef of Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki; Masami Shimoyama of Hawaii Prince Hotel Waikiki’s Hakone Restaurant; and Peter Abarcar Jr. of Hapuna Beach Prince Hotel.
Entertainment includes Willie K and Palolo, plus a silent auction and raffle for a Las Vegas trip.
Proceeds will go to the Japan-American Society of Hawaii for donation to the Japanese Red Cross Society.
