» Oregon State linebacker Feti Unga (Kahuku ’06) made seven tackles and assisted on a tackle for a loss with Castro Masaniai (Waipahu ’07), who had two tackles, as the Beavers won their first game of the season, 37-27 over Arizona on Saturday.
» San Diego State senior J.J. Autele (Punahou ’08) made five tackles in a 27-14 loss to TCU on Saturday.
» Oregon defensive tackle Wade Keliikipi (Waianae ’09) made three tackles, and linebacker Keloni Kamalani (Kamehameha-Maui ’09) added a solo tackle in a 43-15 victory over California last Thursday. Junior Aaron Tipoti (Word of Life ’08) made five tackles for the Bears.
» UCLA safety Dalton Hilliard (Punahou ’09) made nine tackles, and defensive tackle Seali‘i Epenesa (‘Iolani ’10) had two tackles, including one for loss, in a 28-25 win over Washington State on Saturday. Linebacker Cyrus Coen (Pearl City ’11), who was named WSU’s special teams player of the week, made three tackles, and Chester Sua (Kaimuki ’11) and Jordan Pu‘u Robinson (Baldwin ’09) each had one for the Cougars.

» Pomona-Pitzer junior Travis Muraoka (‘Iolani ’09) had four catches for 34 yards and made a team-long 8-yard run in a 61-20 loss to Redlands on Saturday. Junior defensive back Nick Kido (Punahou ’09) assisted on a tackle for the Bulldogs.
» Southern Oregon receiver Justin Otaguro (Roosevelt ’08) had five catches for 87 yards, including a 15-yard touchdown reception, and linebacker Justin Akau (King Kekaulike ’06) had five tackles and a sack in a 46-34 win over Eastern Oregon on Saturday.
» Pacific (Ore.) quarterback P.J. Minaya (Hanalani ’10) finished 13-for-18 for 167 yards and a touchdown in a 49-7 loss to Willamette on Saturday. Jordan Fukumoto (Saint Louis ’10) had four catches for 114 yards, and Landon Aano (Kamehameha ’10) led the Boxers defense with five tackles and a sack.

» Kansas State defensive specialist Kuulei Kabalis (Kamehameha-Hawaii ’09) finished with a match-high nine digs, four assists and a kill in a three-game sweep of Texas Tech on Sunday.
» UTEP sophomore setter Malia Patterson (Punahou ’10) dished out 31 assists and posted six digs in a four-set victory over Memphis on Saturday.
» Loyola Marymount defensive specialist Diana Hiromoto (Punahou ’08) had 11 digs and three assists in a five-set victory over UC Santa Barbara on Friday.
» Amherst (Mass.) junior defensive specialist Kristin Keeno (Punahou ’09) had a match-high 38 digs and three aces in a four-set win over Western New England last Wednesday.

» Pacific (Ore.) senior Kelsy Takashima (Molokai ’08) had a match-high 17 kills, hitting .353, in a five-set victory over Willamette on Friday. Outside hitter Jowell Guerreiro (Kalaheo ’11) added six kills and two digs, and Mari Kondo (Mid-Pacific ’07) had six digs for the Boxers. Sophomore middle Shannon Waltz (La Pietra ’10) hit .455 with 10 digs, four block assists and two aces, and Elizabeth Balding (Punahou ’10) had four digs, an ace and an assist for the Bearcats.
» Linfield (Ore.) outside hitter Kailana Ritte-Camara (Molokai ’11) had a match-high 16 kills and 17 digs, and libero Samantha Lau (St. Francis ’08) had a team-high 23 digs and an ace in a five-set victory over George Fox on Saturday. Leimomi Hookano (Sacred Hearts ’11) added 10 kills, six digs and three block assists, and Mahina Galletes (St. Francis ’11) had three assists for the Wildcats, while sophomore Chelsea Wilson (Campbell ’10) had 20 assists and 12 digs for the Bruins.
» Grinnell College freshman Lindsay Fujimoto (St. Andrew’s ’11) had 11 digs in a win over Ripon College and a win over Carroll University last weekend.
» Bryant (R.I.) University junior libero Macy Mitravich (Sacred Hearts ’09) had a match-high 21 digs in a five-set victory over Holy Cross last Wednesday.

» San Diego senior Alex Ching (Punahou ’08) finished in a tie for third place with a 4-under 68 in the final round of the The Prestige at PGA West in La Quinta, Calif., on Tuesday. Ching finished 10 under for the three-day tournament, five shots behind the winner. Oregon State sophomore David Fink (‘Iolani ’09) finished in a tie for 21st place at 4 under after a final-round 74.

» James Madison senior Nicole Sakamoto (Kalani ’08) finished in a tie for 13th place at 5 over after shooting a final round, 1-over 73 at the Lady Pirate Intercollegiate in Greenville, N.C., on Tuesday.
» Boise State junior Hayley Young (Mid-Pacific ’09) struggled to an 8-over 80 and sits in a tie for 40th place at 9 over heading into today’s final round of Price’s Give ‘Em Five Intercollegiate in Las Cruces, N.M.
