They were across the street where Mayor Carlisle held a groundbreaking ceremony for Honolulu High-Capacity Transit Corridor Project (Rail Transit Project). The ceremony was held off the North-South Road in Kapolei (next to the Croc Center (Salvation Army Complex). Senators Dan Inouye and Dan Akaka, U.S. Congresswoman Colleen Hanabusa, Hawaii House of Representatives Speaker Calvin Say, Hawaii State Senate Pres. Shan Tsutsui, Chairman, Honolulu City Council, Nestor Garcia, Wayne Yoshioka, Dir.
