Ray Yourchek had the wardrobe just right when he and Nancy Miller checked out Bruddah Joe’s “ono grindz” in the Elks Lodge building in Medford, Ore., in June. The Waikiki residents said the restaurant operator — Bruddah Joe — is from Oahu and has his place decked out with Hawaii memorabilia. “He loves to talk story with visitors from the islands, and there is always good Hawaiian music playing in the background,” Yourchek said.
