Surprise bags up for grabs at Ala Moana
Put those Ala Moana Center gift cards to work on Jan. 1 when more than 45 of the center’s retailers offer up “Happy Grab Bags” for Fukubukuro, a Japanese New Year retail tradition of offering merchandise valued at twice the cost of the bags. All bags are sealed to surprise shoppers, who won’t know the contents until they are opened after purchase. All sales are final.
