UH diving, track coaches at QB Club today
Mike Brown, Anita Rossing and Carmyn James are today’s guest speakers at the Honolulu Quarterback Club.
This is Brown’s 12th season as the head diving coach for the University of Hawaii. He’s assisted by his wife, Anita. Both the men’s and women’s teams are heading to their respective championship meets.
James is in her 12th season as the head coach of the UH women’s track and field program as well as the cross country team. She will discuss the track and field team’s trip to Seattle for the University of Washington Invitational held last weekend and introduce the newest member of her staff, Seilala Sua-Zumbado.
In its 66th year, the Honolulu Quarterback Club is hosted by the Maple Garden restaurant, located at 909 Isenberg St. Lunch is at 11:30 a.m., with the program beginning at noon. The cost is $15.
