Dentists offer free care to needy families

Three local dentists will offer free dental care to needy families on Feb. 14. The Dentists with a Heart program provides cleaning, X-rays, fillings, extractions, diagnoses and consultations for adults and children over 6 years old. Children under 6 may receive exams, X-rays and fluoride treatments. Services are provided by Wilfred Miyasaki, Kerry Ishihara and Brendt Lum at A Downtown Dental Group, 1139 Bethel St. People under the age 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
