More than 700 kids registered online and many more “walked on” at the inaugural Hawaii Junior Golf Day, held March 10 at 13 courses across the state.
The day was part of the national industry-wide Golf 2.0 initiative, designed to grow the game.

Nutrition was also introduced and parents received a “Roadmap to Junior Golf” with information on Hawaii courses, junior programs and associations.
