Kahu Kordell Kekoa led a blessing at Kuhio Park Terrace in May 2011 after some renovations to the housing project were done; completion of the entire redevelopment is expected by year’s end. The trend seems to be moving away from government-built affordable housing and toward development and renovation of units by private partners, aided by government.
