Bank of Hawaii branch in Mililani robbed
Honolulu police are looking for a man wanted in the robbery of the Mililani Shopping Center branch of Bank of Hawaii early Tuesday afternoon.
Police said the man entered the bank at 95-211 Kipapa Drive, approached a teller, demanded money and fled in an unknown direction.
The man is described as being in his 20s, about 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing about 210 pounds, having black hair and wearing a long-sleeved light-gray sweatshirt with the words "Pipeline Posse" on the front, blue denim shorts, slippers and a dark baseball cap with a star design.

The American Savings Bank at the same shopping center was robbed by a man at about 11:10 a.m. Friday. It is unclear whether police think the two robberies may have been committed by the same man.
Wahiawa man is arrested in 2 robberies
A man was arrested by Wahiawa patrol officers Tuesday morning in connection with two recent robberies.
Police believe that the man, 23, was responsible for the Aug. 1 robbery of a California Avenue commercial establishment. They think he also robbed a man, 22, walking along California Avenue on Sunday. In at least one of the instances, a knife was used, police said.
The suspect was arrested at about 11:25 a.m. at his Ohai Street address. He is being held pending two counts of first-degree robbery, kidnapping and first-degree terroristic threatening.
Officer who crashed car is out of hospital
A Honolulu police officer who was injured when his patrol car hit a utility pole and caught fire Monday was released from the hospital Tuesday, a police spokeswoman said.
The 35-year-old Kapolei patrolman, who has not been identified, was responding to a report of a vehicle carrying suspects allegedly involved in an assault on a woman when his car hit the pole on Lualualei Homestead Road at about 1:07 p.m. Monday. He was hospitalized in stable condition with injuries not considered life-threatening.
Two suspects who were being pursued were arrested by other officers.

Pair sought for credit card misuse, thefts
Hawaii County police are asking the public for help in identifying a man and woman sought in an investigation of numerous instances of fraudulent use of a credit card and more than $35,000 in thefts in Kona.
The two are believed to be from California and may have already left Kona, police said.
The woman is described as in her late 20s to early 30s, about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 175 pounds. Police said she is well groomed and manicured with a raspy voice; long, straight jet-black hair with extensions; eyelash extensions; and dark blotchy skin — possibly a birthmark — on the right side of her face.
The man is described as being in his late 20s to early 30s, 5 feet 6 to 5 feet 7 inches tall, 130 to 140 pounds, with dreadlocks and a missing front tooth. He walks with a limp.
