‘Last Resort’ ratings fall to season low
ABC’s Hawaii-based drama “Last Resort” continued to struggle in the ratings war, dipping to a season low 5.95 million viewers for its sixth episode Thursday, according to Nielsen numbers released by the network.
It was up against the powerful CBS comedies “The Big Bang Theory” (16.53 million viewers) and “Two and a Half Men” (14.09 million viewers) as well as the reality shows “The Voice” (9.09 million viewers) on NBC and “The X-Factor Results Show” (6.27 million viewers) on Fox. Among adults 18-49, “Last Resort” drew 1.4 percent of the total viewing audience and 4 percent of those watching TV at the time. — Mike Gordon

» Timothy R. Cottrell became head of school for ‘Iolani School as of July 1. He was previously head of school for six years at the Harley School in Rochester, N.Y.
» Earl T. Kim has been head of school for Kamehameha Schools Kapalama since July 1. He was previously a superintendent of Montgomery School District in New Jersey since 2006.
» Perry K. Martin has served as president of Maryknoll School as of July 1, 2008. He has nearly 35 years of educational experience, including 10 years of Catholic school administration and leadership.
Prudential Locations has named John Connelley as 2012 Realtor of the Year. He began his real estate career in 1989 and was licensed with Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties before joining Prudential Locations.
