Metallic roses available at HCC
Students in Honolulu Community College’s Sheet Metal and Plastics program are reintroducing Valentine’s Day roses you can keep forever.
The students have crafted their forever roses from sheet metal for several years, and this year are creating a limited number of the handmade roses from copper.
The roses will be available at HCC Building 17 from 9:30 a.m. today until they are sold out.
The sheet-metal roses are $5, and the copper roses are $15.
Funds raised will benefit the program. For more information, call 845-9237.
