THIS WEEK’S SYNOPSES
"THE GREAT SEER"
Episodes 24 and 25
Today, 6:45 p.m.: Lee Sung-gae is captured by the Ming army when he goes to Yaodong without the murderer of the Ming ambassador. But Ji-sang offers to cure a Ming official’s illness in exchange for an audience with the governor of Yaodong.
Today, 7:45 p.m.: Lee Sung-gae’s men surround Lee In-im when he goes into the court to meet General Choi Young. Lee In-im is injured, but Jung-geun successfully rescues Lee In-im and takes him to Young-ji’s house. Lee Sung-gae heads to Soo-ryun-gae’s house to find Lee In-im.
"QUEEN OF AMBITION"
Episodes 5 and 6
Monday, 7:45 p.m.: Ha-ryu calls Da-hae at her dorm and finds out she’s returned to Korea. Ha-ryu rushes to the airport, but misses her. Do-hoon introduces Da-hae to Do-gyung, saying he’d never have survived in the United States without her. Da-hae collapses to her knees when she’s left alone with Do-gyung.
Tuesday, 7:45 p.m.: Da-hae gets a special promotion to manager per Chairman Baek’s order. Ha-ryu helps Do-gyung out when Do-gyung’s horse is agitated and Do-gyung is almost thrown off her horse. Da-hae is shocked to find the planned site for the leisure town is the same spot where Ha-ryu buried her stepfather.
"MY LOVE, MADAME BUTTERFLY"
Episodes 29 and 30
Wednesday, 7:45 p.m.: Woo-jae is delighted to hear the news. He finds Nabi on the rooftop and is shocked to find that she doesn’t remember all the times they shared together and is desperate to help her remember him. Nabi is finally discharged from the hospital and is excited to be back home.
Meanwhile, Jung-wook and Sul-ah don’t know what to make of Nabi’s situation. They have doubts about the truthfulness of her memory loss. In a last effort to bring his son home, Jung-ae tells him to end it with Yoo-jin and come home. She tells him that Nabi lost his baby, the news of which shakes the son.
Thursday, 7:45 p.m.: Roy goes home with the plan to spend a few days with Nabi, then ask her for a divorce. But once at home, he finds himself confused — Nabi is not the woman he thought she was. Nabi, however, is happy to have Roy back. Everyone agreed to tell her that Jung-wook had just come back from Hong Kong.
Yoo-jin, meanwhile, drives herself crazy by imagining Roy with Nabi. Jung-wook goes out in the middle of the night to see Nabi. What no one realizes is that Nabi hasn’t lost her memory at all.
"CHEONGDAM-DONG ALICE"
Episodes 17 and 18 (Final)
Friday, 7:45 p.m.: Seung-ju pulls out every trick he has up his sleeve to find out how Se-kyung really feels, but all it does is throw him deeper into confusion. On the other hand, Se-kyung says she thinks she knows how her story would end.
Saturday, 7:45 p.m: Seung-jo and Se-kyung reunite and confirm their feelings for each other. Yoon-joo divorces her husband and finds a new life for herself. Tommy Hong also resigns as the matchmaker of the wealthy and pursues his own life.
