South Korean films will be featured at the Hawaii International Film Festival’s upcoming 2013 Spring Showcase. Thirty-three films from 15 countries will be screened at Dole Cannery Stadium 18 from Friday through April 11.
Box-office hits such as "Miracle in Cell No. 7," "Love 911," "A Company Man," "Jiseul," "Pieta" and "Man on the Edge" will be shown this year. "Miracle," in particular, is a must-see as it has recently passed last year’s "Masquerade" to be South Korea’s third top box-office film with 12.6 million tickets sold. It is the fifth Korean film to reach the 12 million mark.

Today, 6:45 p.m.: King Gongyang gives up the throne to Lee Sung-gye to save his life. An inauguration ceremony for Lee Sung-gye gets under way. Ban-ya sneaks into the palace to try to assassinate Lee Sung-gye.
Today, 7:45 p.m.: Lee Sung-gye tries to make Bang-won, his second son, the crown prince. The queen plots with Jung-geun to chase out Bang-won and Ji-sang. Ji-sang leaves on what would be a successful journey to find the Promised Land.

Monday, 7:45 p.m.: Do-hoon begins to get suspicious of Da-hae and goes to see An-shim to ask her about the person who wired money to Da-hae’s account. Da-hae calls Ha-ryu and threatens to tell Shim-bong about Ha-ryu’s death.
Tuesday, 7:45 p.m.: Da-hae and Do-hoon get into an argument about the inauguration ceremony and Do-hoon doesn’t come home. Da-hae brings a change of clothes to Do-hoon’s office, but Do-hoon gives her the cold shoulder. Do-hoon finds out about Ha-ryu and Eun-byul.
"My Love, Madame Butterfly"
Episodes 39 and 40
Wednesday, 7:45 p.m.: Nabi is confused about how Sul-ah got out of prison so quickly and how she could be back at work and her old apartment. She slowly figures out that Yoo-jin’s mother is Sul-ah’s benefactor, but doesn’t know what their ultimate plan is. Jung-wook also joins forces with Yoo-jin’s mother and Sul-ah. Together, they plan to take down Lee Sam-goo and the World Department Store.
Thursday, 7:45 p.m.: Nabi discovers that all the orders she had received were not real. She suspects Yoon Sul-ah is behind this, but has no proof. Choi Un-hee uses whatever she can find to stop Woo-jae’s nomination for company president. Yoo-jin is sent back to Hong Kong, hurt that Jung-wook doesn’t try to stop her from leaving. The chairman decides that the best way to get rid of Nabi is by using Woo-jae.
"Incarnation of Money"
Episodes 9 and 10
Friday, 7:45 p.m.: Cha-don thanks Hwa-sool for her support in the past and offers to pay her back, but Hwa-sool asks him to instead help with her business in lieu of money. Se-kwang goes to see Ki-soon after her release and lures her away, saying he’s found Kang-seok.
Saturday, 7:45 p.m: Jae-in throws a tantrum in Se-kwang’s office, saying he drove her out of her restaurant business. Gu-shik steals money from the safe and sets Cha-don’s house on fire.
