Christian recording artist Tiffany Thurston will present a "Bloom" conference targeted at teenage girls and college-age women June 21 and 22 at New Hope Oahu Ministry Center.

The conference "will equip, encourage, empower, and inspire them to ‘bloom where they are planted’ and become all that God has created and destined them to be," a news release said. Featured speaker Annie Downs, author of "Perfectly Unique," will share personal testimony of faith and perseverance with humor.
