THIS WEEK’S SYNOPSES
"Wonderful Mama"
Episodes 7 and 8
Today, 6:30 p.m.: At Hoon-nam’s first meeting with Soo-jin’s mother, she slaps him in the face, accusing him of cheating on her daughter. He tries to explain that it’s a misunderstanding, but it falls on deaf ears. Bok-hee adds her long-lost son to her will and tries to find him. She’s still trying to get her children to grow up but is disappointed.
Today, 7:45 p.m.:Hoon-nam takes Young-chae to Soo-jin’s house so she can explain to Soo-jin and her mother that nothing happened between them. When they finally manage to convince them, Jang-ho is cornered by Soo-jin. Young-chae tries to find a job, but no company hires her. Young-soo asks Hae-ji to marry him, but she quickly dumps him when she finds out he’s broke. Young-soo, in turn, tries to ask his friends for money, but to no avail.
"Jang Ok Jung, Living by Love"
Episodes 15 and 16
Monday, 7:45 p.m.: The Queen Mother urges Ok-jung to give her future child to the queen as it is the rule of the court. Ok-jung finds out the queen is sterile and calls Jang-hyun into the palace to plot against the queen. The queen brings a snack for the king, but Ok-jung collapses after testing the food for poison.
Tuesday, 7:45 p.m.: The queen, the king and Ok-jung enter the questioning site when the kitchen maid says she’s ready to reveal who was behind the attempt to murder the king. Chi-soo runs into Yi Soon again at a gisaeng house by accident and offers a deal to him.
"All About My Romance"
Episodes 12 and 13
Wednesday, 7:45 p.m.:Soo-young invites Min-young to his house and cooks for her. Hee-sun finds out about Min-young and Soo-young’s relationship. She prints a hostile article, putting Min-young in a difficult situation.
Thursday, 7:45 p.m.: Soo-young makes a secret gesture with Min-young during a press conference, making Min-young laugh out loud. The reporters there criticize her sudden burst of laughter. Min-young is confused when Dong-sook tells her to break up with Soo-young.
"Secret of the Birth"
Episodes 9 and 10
Friday, 7:45 p.m.: Kyung-doo finds out Yi-hyun took Hae-deum and tries to bring Hae-deum back. But Yi-hyun tells Kyung-doo she can do so much more for Hae-deum than Kyung-doo could ever do.
Saturday, 7:45 p.m: Kyung-doo sends Hae-deum to Yi-hyun’s house. Kyung-doo decides to make lots of money so he can bring Hae-deum back, and tells Choi Gook that he won’t be seeing him for a while. Yi-hyun remembers the day she first came to Choi Seok’s house.
