THIS WEEK’S SYNOPSES
"Wonderful Mama"
Episodes 9 and 10
Today, 6:30 p.m.: Soo-jin thinks her mother is on board with her marrying Hoon-nam. However, her mother calls Ki-nam to her office and tells him she won’t allow the wedding. That is the last straw for Hoon-nam, and he breaks off his relationship with Soo-jin. Da-jung helps Young-soo by hiring him as Ji-woo’s English tutor.
Today, 7:45 p.m.: Un-ok, in an attempt to get Soo-jin to let go of Hoon-nam, tells Soo-jin about her painful past. Back her in hometown, Bok-hee also reminisces to Dong-soo. Young-chae tries hard to get a job at Nara Fashion, but Hoon-nam won’t have it, until Young-chae swallows her pride and begs for the job. Wayne is back in Korea to invest $20 million in a Korean fashion company.
"Jang Ok Jung, Living by Love"
Episodes 17 and 18
Monday, 7:45 p.m.: Jang Ok-jung shuts down Cabinet members who are trying to kick her out of the palace by announcing her pregnancy. She gives birth to a son, which makes the king happy but not the Cabinet members. The king tries to appoint Ok-jung’s son the crown prince but faces opposition.
Tuesday, 7:45 p.m.: The queen takes away Ok-jung’s son, telling her to keep her promise to the late queen mother. The king collapses after an argument with his Cabinet members. Min Yoo-joong takes the opportunity and plots to kill Ok-jung and her son and depose the current king.
"All About My Romance"
Episode 14 and 15
Wednesday, 7:45 p.m.: Min-young breaks up with Soo-young, and he goes along with it. Although she mentioned breaking up first, Min-young is heartbroken. The two politicians end up in hot water again when their relationship is made public by a newspaper article.
Thursday, 7:45 p.m.: When Min-young finds out Mr. Ko, the GPK party leader, and Soo-young are father and son, she decides to resign. Soo-young and Min-young decide to put their relationship on hold.
"Secret of the Birth"
Episodes 11 and 12
Friday, 7:45 p.m.: Yi-hyun asks her uncle, Choi Seok, why he lied by saying he doesn’t know where her father is. Choi Seok gets upset, but Yi-hyun notices her uncle’s behavior is peculiar. Choi Gook tells Kyung-doo to ask Yi-hyun for Yega Group shares.
Saturday, 7:45 p.m: Hae-deum sneaks out of the house and takes the bus alone to Kyung-doo’s house. Yi-hyun goes after her and brings her back by force. Choi Gook is kidnapped.
