Man dies after being found floating in Keehi Lagoon
A 53-year-old man apparently drowned Sunday while swimming in Keehi Lagoon near the La Marina Restaurant.
Police said the victim was found floating face down at 50 Sand Island Access Road at 2:51 p.m. He was pulled out of the water and taken in critical condition to the hospital where his death was reported at 3:42 p.m.
The Medical Examiner will perform an autopsy Monday to determine cause of death.
