COLORADO KINE! Okole Maluna Hawaiian Grill in Windsor, Colo., has a local menu that is "to die for," said Laura Higashi, a Keauhou, Kona, girl who now lives in Arvada, Colo. She and her family stopped at the restaurant Wednesday. "My husband had chicken katsu, and my grandson, Evan, had teriyaki chicken," Higashi said. Of course, there was rice and mac salad on the side. For dessert, 10-year-old Evan Higashi, above right, had a rainbow of mochi ice cream slices, and Laura had chocolate haupia pie. It was "broke-da-mouth ono," she said.
