A photo provided by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in New York shows an 1899 painting by Impressionist master Claude Monet titled “Le Bassin aux Nympheas,” also known as “Japa­nese Footbridge Over the Water-Lily Pond at Giverny.” The work disappeared in 1986 from former Philippine first lady Imelda Marcos’ townhouse in Manhattan.
