» All tobacco products are banned on the Kapiolani Community College campus, and the University of Hawaii at Manoa will become the second campus in the state to have such a ban starting next year. A Page A1 story Thursday said KCC has a smoke-free policy and that UH-Manoa would become the first campus in Hawaii to ban all tobacco products.
