» Robert Centra as vice president of construction. He was a senior regional director of project management for Marriott Vacation Club International on Kauai.

» Michael Vachio as director of pre-construction. He held a similar position with Swinerton Builders in Honolulu.

» Brian Smith as manager of project accounting. He was an accounting manager with A&B Properties.

» Calvin Mann as development manager. He was a project manager at SSFM International.
