Restaurant- and theater-goers seeking entertainment downtown or in Chinatown have the option of valet parking at Marks Garage six nights a week.

Vehicle drop-off is on Bethel Street fronting eleven44, which is in the Marks Garage building, while pickup is on Chaplain Lane.

The valet service, provided by ProPark, is available beginning at 5:30 p.m. from Monday through Saturday. The service ends at 10 p.m. Mondays and Tuesdays, at 11 p.m. Wednesdays, at midnight Thursdays, and on Friday and Saturday nights the service extends to 2 a.m. Cars can be picked up as much as 30 minutes after closing time.

The cost for parking is $8, which does not include tip, and is to be paid upon exiting.

Business owners and property owners collaborated on the service, which began Dec. 28.
