The cheapest price for a unit in Waiea, located makai of the Ward Theatres, is $1.4 million, and that’s a one-bedroom, two-bath unit. The biggest unit — the grand penthouse with about 21,000 square feet on the 35th and 36th floors — is being sold without a publicly disclosed asking price.
