Time’s running out to comment on Pono Choices

Have something to say about Pono Choices, the sex-ed curriculum being piloted in some public middle schools? The state Department of Education working group that is reviewing the curriculum will accept public comment about it through noon on Wednesday, via email to hipublicschools@gmail.com.

All feedback will be logged and shared with the working group, which represents a broad spectrum of the community. People who have already testified on the issue to the Board of Education should not resubmit their testimony, according to the DOE.
