KBFD celebrates its 28th anniversary serving the state of Hawaii on Monday.
Thank you to all our viewers, sponsors, supporters and fans.
We have grown to a family of Korean channels in Hawaii and have become the largest Korean media company in the state, crossing over the cultural barrier to become part of mainstream television with many local non-Korean viewers. Mahalo for making us a part of your lives.
For those having to rush home by 7:30 p.m. to watch their favorite drama, mothers who don’t answer their children’s phone calls between 7:30 and 9 p.m., and for those who are afraid of getting "hooked" on one of our dramas, we promise to continue to bring the best programming, be quickly innovative with technology, and work with many nonprofit organizations to bring special events to the public.
