Limited-edition watch aids veterans’ travel
Breitling and Jewel Gallery by Macy’s have teamed up to create a one-of-kind timepiece to pay tribute to World War II veterans. Proceeds from the limited-edition Honor Flight watch by Breitling support Honor Flight’s mission to send veterans to visit the memorial dedicated to their service in Washington, D.C.
Fifty-six of the $9,020 limited-edition pieces have been released, one for each of the U.S. states and territories, as well as the Philippines. Jewel Gallery by Macy’s is the official retailer of the only Philippines piece in existence.
Based on the iconic Breitling Navitimer 01 timepiece, the Honor Flight limited-edition watch features the Honor Flight logo on the dial and two special engravings on the case back. Each case back carries the words "Honor Flight One Last Mission."
Breitling has donated $150,000 to the Honor Flight Network, which made it possible for nearly 300 veterans to visit Washington.
