Stanley among Kaiser foundation honorees
Olympic gold medalist Clay Stanley and University of Hawaii golf coach Lori Castillo will be among those honored by the Kaiser High School Athletic Foundation at a luau on May 10 at Sea Life Park.
Stanley was a member of three U.S. Olympic volleyball teams and won gold in the Beijing Games in 2008.
Castillo won two U.S. Women’s Amateur Public Links championships and is a member of the Hawaii Golf Hall of Fame.
They will be joined by Clayton Fujie, founder of the Kaiser baseball program, former Honolulu police chief Lee Donohue, and the 1972 junior varsity basketball team, which won the school’s first championship.
Tickets for the luau are $100 per person and $1,000 for a table of 10.
