State is sued over monitoring of Army at Pohakuloa

A lawsuit filed by two Native Hawaiians seeks assurance that the military is complying with the terms of its lease of ceded lands at Poha­ku­loa Training Area on Hawaii island. Soldiers from the 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, part of the 25th Infantry Division, conducted a monthlong exercise at the Poha­ku­loa Training Area in September 2012.
