Another fast-food restaurant is struck by armed robbery
For the fourth time in less than two weeks, a gunman robbed a fast-food restaurant on Oahu.
Police are still looking for a suspect or suspects in the morning robberies. They have not said if the incidents are related.
On Thursday at 1:30 a.m. an armed man robbed a Wendy’s restaurant at 630 Puuloa Road, taking an undisclosed amount of money.
At about 7:45 a.m. Wednesday a man who covered his face with an orange bandanna robbed the Royal Kunia Wendy’s using a shotgun.
At 4:30 a.m. Monday a man with a rifle robbed the McDonald’s in Aiea near Pearl Kai Shopping Center on Kamehameha Highway.
At about 4:40 a.m. July 14, a gunman robbed the Jack in the Box on Farrington Highway in Waipahu.
