Suspect allegedly stole parts, tires from parked vehicle
Honolulu Police arrested a 21-year-old man and are looking for a second suspect seen stripping a car in Makakilo.
Police said a 49-year-old man called police at about 4 a.m. Tuesday when he saw two men remove tires and parts from his parked vehicle.
One of the men ran away when officers arrived, but police arrested the other suspect.
