Pendant sales aid YWCA
M33Ms Designs Emiko Miyazawa has designed two pendants exclusively for the YWCA of O’ahu in honor of pioneering architect Julia Morgan’s work and the women of the YWCA. Proceeds from pendant sales will benefit the organization’s community programs.
Miyazawa’s Wax Seal Medallion ($120) is a sterling silver necklace that can be worn at two different lengths. The flower chosen for the pendant can be seen on the carved entrance doors at Laniakea. The medallions are one of a kind, individually hand-stamped and made so no two are the same.
The handmade YWCA of O’ahu solid silver Tri Pendant ($100) design was chosen because it echoes the columns in Laniakea’s open-air courtyard. Every piece is handmade and hand-stamped with "YWCA" and hangs on an 18-inch sterling silver bead chain.
Only 25 pieces were made for each design, and they are available on the YWCA website, www.ywca.org/oahu.
Exclusive tote bags offered
Vivienne Westwood is offering two limited-edition tote bags exclusive to its Waikiki boutique.

The bags have been produced through the Ethical Fashion Initiative in collaboration with the International Trade Centre — a joint body of the United Nations and the World Trade Organization. EFI promotes the growth of sustainable businesses to create stability among impoverished communities, encouraging work — not charity — as a solution to poverty.
The limited-edition totes are $110, available at the boutique in the Moana Surfrider, A Westin Resort & Spa, at 2365 Kalakaua Ave. Call 744-5402.
